Boardwalk MansionThe best way to celebrate turning 30 in lux style! Positive: Kathy was the best! She walked us through the house and it had everything you’d ever need - pong tables, pool noodles, cards, games, pong balls, pool table, tons of seating indoors and outdoors, our groups favorite was the bar room that was in the 3rd floor - it was amazing because if people wanted to go to bed they could still be loud since there are no other rooms on the 3rd floor! This was especially great for our group! Negative: One thing that would have made our stay better was having the hottub heat functioning. Kathy was great and immediately responded to my request to turn the hot tub heat on but unfortunately it wasn’t working. A pool maintenance person came out the next morning but we didn’t end up trying the heat again for the rest of the trip

Boardwalk MansionI rented this property for my family of twelve for the Thanksgiving week. It's a beautiful property, nicely maintained, great location and impeccable finishings. The pool was perfect for our four young grandkids....shaded most of the day and perfect water temperature. The spacious well-appointed kitchen was perfect for our large Thanksgiving dinner; the piano added a touch of elegance to the event. The property manager, Kathy, was wonderful to work with: professional and responsive and friendly. I would look forward to working with her again and bringing my family back to this property. Highly recommended.

Boardwalk MansionLanguage barrier with housekeeping. A speaker went missing as if we stole it, there was never a speaker in the first place. You pay to use the elevator, wow this is unbelievable and so unnecessary. Full orientation of the place was not done the next morning.
