Security: For your security and peace of mind, 24-hour security cameras are located on the exterior perimeter of the home.
Noise Monitoring: To comply with city ordinances, noise decibel monitors are installed in the common areas. Please note, these devices do not record any audio or conversations; they only measure sound levels.
Yacht Docking: Use of the 80ft dock for a yacht or other large vessel must be pre-approved by the host and is subject to an additional daily fee. Please inquire for details and rates before booking.
