Snowmass has over 90 ski trails making this home an idyllic retreat for making the best memories and escaping to the mountains! We can host up to 14 guests comfortably! Ski right from the backyard down to the Two Creeks Lift. Rental managed by Larry Shinbaum with Luxuri International Aspen, a professional property management company and real estate brokerage. The home has an amazing layout over 2 levels. The main level of the home features a massive living room with high ceilings, a fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of sitting room. The dining room and full kitchen are also on this level. The Primary Suite is on the main level and features a large King size bed, a fireplace, a smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second level is downstairs and features the remaining 5 En-Suite Bedrooms and the media room. Each bedroom on this level and the media room has a private entrance/exit leading to the hot tub and back yard area which gains access to Snowmass mountain for skiing. Other incredible features to look forward to include the snowmelt driveway and the hot tub. Guests have access to the whole home. The only locked off space is 2 separate owners closets that do not take away from guest storage and some cabinets throughout the home. Larry Shinbaum, your host, will be on call throughout your stay.
