Villa Nova

We had a best time at Villa Nova celebrating our best friend’s bachelorette in Miami! Mia and Evander were attentive to our needs and the property was clean and well stocked! They had stocked us up water, beach towels, and snacks! For any additional needs, he said he was happy to send materials or support personnel if needed!

Lia is one of the best hosts and all her properties are amazing! Will always choose to stay at one of her Airbnb’s when they’re available.

We had an amazing stay during our family vacation to Miami! Our group of 15 (7 adults, 6 kids, a toddler, and an infant) fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. We especially appreciated the high chairs, which made traveling with little ones much easier. The game room was a huge hit with both kids and adults. The air hockey, foosball, and pool table gave everyone something to do during downtime, and the pool was perfect after long days exploring Miami. The location was great, and the home made a wonderful base for our trip. A special thank you to Evander, Bekka, and the Luxuri team for being fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent from booking through check-out. This home helped make our family vacation memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for large families and groups!

Great house a large group. We loved it.

The management group team from luxori, led by Bekka and Evander were super responsive and helpful, including finding and mailing back my lost credit card. They make sure you are able to enjoy all of the amenities of this impressive home.

This property needs maintenance work done. Very worn down, floor was very dirty even after cleaners came. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Lia was a wonderful host who was highly responsive and flexible before we even booked. The location in coconut grove was perfect- close to everywhere we wanted to go to in Miami. Everything was as described and we had enough space for a big group. I would stay here again :)

House is great for large groups, some of the bathrooms are a little mildewy but overall the place was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed my stay.

The house was spacious and the outdoor space was very nice. Lia and her team were responsive and friendly. We also experienced some major issues with the roof in two of the bedrooms and the hallway. The location was very convenient.

This house is an incredible get-a-way. It's a beautifully decorated and offers a fully entertaining layout that I highly recommend. Lia and especially Evander were fabulous. They took very good care of us. There were some minor issues with check in but it was to be expected with late check out/early check in on a same day turn-around. There were also some major issues with the roof in the master bedroom and while Evander worked hard to remedy, we were just the unlucky ones who happened to be there at the time.

What we look for in a 5 star is...ready to receive us home. This house unfortunately came up short on some basics; such as difficult entry, no promised house tour, bathrooms no soap, dirty sheets: blood stain, hair and make up, dirty, mold in bathroom sink. Kitchen floors dirty, needed mopping, no kitchen towels. Should have been advised of pre- planned major street construction, directly in front of house, loud, noisy 7am daily, felt like earthquakes, definitely not relaxing. Difficult access and parking caused by road closures. A lesson learned is to ask for a video of the property before committing in such a big way. It was my 70th Birthday with my immediate family. Disappointed with this "Luxury House" its really more of a "Frat Party House"

We were very close to downtown Brickell area and to the airport and only a fifteen minute walk to the Vizcaya Gardens. The house has plenty of space inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area. Excellent services.

The kitchen is large with a large dining table that fits 10-12 comfortably. Two living rooms and the gaming tables are great for group activities. Highly recommend
