Your senses are mesmerized with this ultra-posh decor & stunning architecture. This modern waterfront mansion features a 35 foot ceiling entryway w/ a floating staircase. The Master Suite encompasses the entire floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, a celebrity master closet w/ all the features for the ultra-private discerned traveller while it boasts 360 degrees of water/city views.
Park your yacht (at an additional cost of $1500 a day, preapproval prior to check in required with proper documentation) or drop your paddleboard or jetskis to enjoy this spectacular residence. Plenty of areas to entertain clients, family and friends that are indicated in the reservation count booked. The high-tech sound system, automated shades and luxury built-ins include Italian cabinetry, wine coolers, appliances and South Florida interiors offer unparalleled amenities throughout. Elevator access is available only with prior approval and requires an additional damage deposit of $1,000.

VIlla Park Place is located in Las Olas Isles, just steps to the boardwalk where you can find all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want! it's a quiet neighborhood and very private.
We have parking for 3 cars. Feel free to Uber or have private car service.
This is a private waterfront mansion. Risk of Loss: All personal property, including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, and any other tangible property and documents (e.g. passports, airline tickets, etc.) shall be at the risk of the Renter/Guest and any Guests or Invitee regardless of whether losses are the damages are the direct and proximate result of negligence, tort, weather, fire, storm, hurricane, act of god, criminal act, theft or any other cause, including water leaks or electrical failure.
This residence has 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door and sides of home and backyard. Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with noise ordinances of the city.
This home is a Smart Home. Our property manager Kathy, will meet you at check in to show you the home. Early Check In/Late Checkout is available for an additional cost. Subject to availability.
Check In Time is at 4PM
Check Out Time is 11AM

Check out with monetary agreement… wasn’t complied with. Poor communication!!No access to pool from main level unless you went thru someone’s bedroom - unless you walked up a flight of stairs
Park Place MansionWe had a great stay at this property. The home was large, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool area was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better — just minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Las Olas Blvd. The only issue we ran into was with parking. There was no mention in the listing of any parking restrictions, but upon check-in we were told we could only have two vehicles and that they needed to be kept in the garage at all times. We had three vehicles, and while we were able to fit them into the small three-car garage, it was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. It would be helpful for future guests if the listing included this information upfront. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
Park Place MansionThe house was good, there’s no street parking and the house manager needs a course in communication as she comes off as very rude and condescending, luckily I was able to speak directly with the owner of the house to get any issues taken care of. I was told that previous guest had 3 violations relating to parking cars, but Kathy told me if I got 1 violation for parking I would be kicked out of the rental
